Mail der Quality Assurance Division vom 23. November 2009:

For the NMS QA Managers Seminar on 23 Nov. 2009 organised by the Head of the Quality Assurance Division we had selected Fine Food as caterer for our guests, the QA managers and/or Directors from National Meteoroligical Services. The choice of menus proposed by Eddy Folie was quite exhaustive, the dish selection refined and it was quite difficult to decide. The one chosen (No. 3 – Carpaccio vom Rinderfilet mit Parmesanspalten und Balsamicosauce Hummercremesuppe mit Biokresse Neuseeländisches Lammfilet in Rosmarinjus Pommes gratin Keniabohnen im Lauchmantel, Orangenmousse auf Früchtespiegel) for the networking dinner was really excellent, perfect cooking and creative presentation; the wines of very good quality, too.

We also wish to express our extreme satisfaction as regards to the service provided by the two ladies throughout the evening; both showed a very high level of professionalism in their job, i.e. they care both of every single detail in a very friendly way but without being overpolite.
